The 24-inch Remo Powerstroke P3 Fiberskyn Diplomat bass head combines one 7.5mil film ply with a 3mil polyspun-fiber laminate. A 2mil inlay ring reduces overtones and gives the warm, full-range response additional low-frequency definition.
The construction supports both batter and resonant bass-drum use where a focused fundamental and gently damped high frequencies are wanted. This is the Diplomat-weight version; the broader series also includes a 10mil Ambassador base-film option. The series is available in 18- to 28-inch sizes.
